Optimized material formulation

Perfected over years of research, High Power Energy Core features an optimized material formulation that increases energy density, output voltage, storage life, and discharge capacity for overwhelmingly long-lasting performance in high-drain applications as well as in low-drain pulse-discharge applications, such as keyless entry devices. The formula includes a graphite additive to improve manganese dioxide utilization, and a heat-resistant binder for stability in hot conditions.

Dedicated facilities simulate operation in heat, cold, and humidity, with batteries also tested for resistance against long periods in storage, impact, pressure, and vibration. Warning labels displayed on the package (and stamped on the battery itself) remind you to keep unused batteries secure. Our tamperproof package (authentic sunburst package) meet or exceeds IEC 60086-4 2019, ANSI C18-3M Part 2-2024 Compliance Safety Standards, and CFR 16, Part 1700.20 and CFR 16, Part 1263 as required by Reese’s Law. These initiatives limit chance of accidental ingestion and are a key part of Panasonic’s comprehensive safety system to protect what matters most.
